Join The Party

The 'Join the Party' collection happened by chance when I was working on the 'Strangers Forever' series. I came across an image that intrigued me while looking for another pair of fused glass negatives. It featured two women whose identities remained a mystery and a young man intact from all the forces colliding to eliminate him. The title of the collection was inspired by this basic human worry, loss of identity. To expand on this subject, I used various masks to cover the facial identity of the remaining character in each artwork and emotional color combinations, allowing viewers to engage with the art on a personal and imaginative level.
